Nasdaq futures are down because AI-linked stocks fell for a second day. Nvidia was down about 1.4% and Broadcom about 2.6% before the bell, Yahoo Finance data showed. Financials led Dow futures higher, CNBC said; JPMorgan was up about 1.3% and Goldman Sachs 1.1%.

Oil rebounded after Wednesday's plunge. CNBC said WTI rose above $90 and Brent above $97 at points this morning. "We may be headed for more volatility as investors digest the election results and potential policy implications," Jordan Watson of Tandem Investment Advisors told CNBC.
